How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items advertised on our LeGassick website are available to purchase. When shopping with LeGassick we understand that sometimes you need a piece sooner rather than later! If you are wanting to ensure a piece is available for immediate delivery or collection, we recommend you contact us directly so we can assist you with your chosen LeGassick piece.
I saw a ring on your website… can I try it on?
We understand how important it is for our customers to see and feel jewellery – in particular when shopping for an engagement ring.
Here at LeGassick, we offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. In fact, we are confident that you’ll be so impressed by our quality of our pieces that we offer a money back guarantee on any piece ordered directly through our website! We want you to love your LeGassick piece! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your piece. We will work with you to adjust or replace your piece to ensure you love it! If we are unable to achieve this, we will refund your money.
Can I order through your website?
Absolutely! You can purchase any LeGassick jewellery piece using our secure checkout process.
Can I custom design an engagement ring?
Definitely! Custom designing an engagement ring is a great way to create a ring that is perfect for you! Our onsite Master Jewellers can discuss with you directly your ideas to help create you dream piece. If you are interested in a custom design, please contact us directly.
What if I need help placing an order?

How do I find out my ring size?
The best way to work out your finger size is to come into one of our LeGassick stores so we can measure your finger. If you are wanting to buy a ring as a surprise, or you are not able to come into one of our stores, please use our LeGassick Ring Size Guide.
What if I need to resize my ring after purchasing?
We will resize your ring at no charge to ensure the fit is correct.
The complimentary resize is within the first 30 days of purchase, and not after the ring has been worn for a period of time. This applies to any ring purchased online through our LeGassick website.
At some times throughout the year, LeGassick may run a promotion (either in store or online) and resize fees may apply. This will be discussed at the time of purchase. Any resize charge will be done at the discretion of LeGassick and disclosed at the time of sale.
What if my ring cannot be resized?
Some rings may not be able to be resized due to the design style. If your LeGassick ring is unable to be resized, we will work with you to re-make your ring in the finger size required at no extra charge (terms and conditions apply). This process can take up to 4 weeks. LeGassick will discuss with you directly the process, keep you informed with updates and ensure your ring is back where it belongs as quickly as possible.
Can you engrave my ring?
Engraving is a service that can be done by special request only. If you wish for your LeGassick piece to be engraved, please leave a note in the “special instructions” box when placing your order. One of our team will be in contact with you to discuss any engraving required and possible associated charges.
What is the difference between a LeGassick diamond and other diamonds?
For many years, one of the secrets of the LeGassick family is how to always find the brightest and whitest diamonds... and that secret is to always have the diamond in front of us, hand selecting a stone and always looking at the diamond first. LeGassick want the best diamonds! LeGassick look for white diamonds, and diamonds with no visible inclusions/marks to the naked eye. We also look for diamonds cut to the best proportions. LeGassick will judge a diamond by its brilliance, its fire and performance, and to do this we look at every individual stone to ensure any diamond that qualifies to become a LeGassick diamond has fire, brilliant and scintillation. We will look at any accompanying paperwork and certificates, but we don't rely on this information in making a decision for a diamond is to become a LeGassick diamond.
I have found cheaper diamond jeweller elsewhere? Why?
There are many diamond brands and generic diamonds that are offered at various price points. Therefore, it is even more important that you understand the true quality and value of your diamond and how that affects the price.
Ethical guidelines of evaluation require that each individual diamond be graded the same way all over the world when it comes to colour, clarity and carat weight. These are all rarity factors that affect the price of any diamond; however, the last piece of the puzzle, cut, affects the final value by as much as 50%.
Many diamonds are cut poorly to save on production costs or time – resulting in diamonds that can look smaller than they actually are and sparkle less. LeGassick wants to ensure that every LeGassick diamond is white, visually clean and cut to some of the best proportions from around the world. We also carry Hearts On Fire, the world's most perfectly cut diamond, to ensure that we can offer our clients a perfectly cut diamond. Our diamonds are the best of the best, all to ensure, a LeGassick diamond is a whiter, brighter, more beautiful diamond.
What size diamond (how big) can I get in my LeGassick diamond ring?
All LeGassick diamond and engagement rings are available in a wide variety of diamond sizes, many starting from 0.30ct and ranging as high as 2.00ct and over. Online at legassick.diamonds, most carat weights displayed stop around 1.00ct; however, if you are interested in a larger size center diamond, please contact us so we can help you find your perfect diamond.
Why is my diamond bigger than what I purchased?
All LeGassick diamonds are individually cut and sourced so naturally no two diamonds will be the same. To guide you in finding your perfect diamond, we have listed an entry diamond weight. The exact diamond you may receive may weigh a little more than what has been described, e.g., you may receive a 0.52ct instead of 0.50ct. This will not affect or change the price you pay.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind everything we sell and ensure our items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
Every piece purchased through LeGassick comes with our LeGassick Protection Package. This includes:
A lifetime manufacturing warranty
The LeGassick lifetime warranty will cover your new piece for any manufacturing defects/faults. If it is deemed to be faulty by LeGassick at any time, a replacement piece will be created at no charge to you.
This warranty does not cover loss or damage through wear and tear or accidental breakage, including loss of gems or diamonds.
Lifetime Repair and Setting Check
LeGassick will provide a complimentary service to all pieces created or purchased at any LeGassick store. Our qualified jewellers will continue to monitor and advise if any repair work is required or setting wear or damage needs to be addressed. The service is available at all LeGassick stores at no charge to you.
Lifetime Clean and Polish Service
LeGassick provides a lifetime clean and polish service to all pieces created or purchased at a LeGassick store. This service will ensure that your jewellery continues to look as beautiful as the day it was created. This service is available at any LeGassick store at no charge to you. This service does not include rhodium plating, and an additional charge may apply.
In the event that there is a problem with your jewellery, or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our warranty, we ask you to contact us. We will need to assess any piece in person to work out how best to resolve any issues. Once your piece has been inspected, we will be in contact with you to discuss the service required. If you are needing services competed that not covered under warranty we will discuss any charges with you prior to commencing any work.

What happens if I damage my ring?
Accidents happen! At LeGassick, we understand that things can happen to your jewellery pieces. Our pieces are manufactured to withstand normal wear and tear, however, should something happen to your piece, please contact us so we can help you resolve the issue.
Do you have a returns policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within the first 14 days of shipment to exchange the piece or for a full refund. To exchange or return your item, please send us a direct message so we can assist you. All items to be returned for exchange and/or refund must be in original condition and returned with original packaging and any/all documentation. After 14 days, we will not refund for 'change of mind' only exchange within the 30 days of purchase.
We want you to love your LeGassick piece. If you are unhappy with the colour, size, fit, or some other reason, please contact us as we may be able to exchange within 30 days for something you will love.
Should you require a full refund within 14 days of any item purchased through our website, all refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method.
Damaged and Used Items
Returned pieces must be undamaged and in new and unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller (with the exception of LeGassick) will not be accepted.
Special orders cannot be returned. This includes a piece that was made to order, a piece made in a specific finger size and material of choice by LeGassick.
Please note - we recommend any item being returned to LeGassick be sent Express post or with a registered Courier, and be accompanied by a tracking number. This is to be done at the senders cost. Any item returned to LeGassick is the responsibility of the sender until LeGassick receive the item to be returned.
All sale items sold are final. Sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange, and any alterations may incur additional charges, including resizing. Please ask for more details at the time of purchase.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
LeGassick only works with vendors and purchases diamonds from countries that adhere to the Kimberley Process. Introduced by the United Nations in 2003, the Kimberley Process is an international, cooperative diamond monitoring system designed to eliminate the flow of conflict diamonds, or “blood diamonds,” and thus prevent diamond sales from financing violent movements that occurred in the 1990s. The 75 member countries that participate in the Kimberley Process agree to trade strictly within the organisation and require that all rough diamond imports be accompanied by documentation issued by the originating foreign participant. Long Term Care & Insurance
Do you clean jewellery purchased through your website?
Definitely! As part of the LeGassick Protection Package, you are entitled to lifetime access to our onsite workshops to maintain and care for your LeGassick piece, including complimentary cleaning. This is done onsite in any of our LeGassick store locations by a qualified Master Jeweller. We aim to have this service complimented anywhere from 1 hour to 2 days.
How often should I get my piece cleaned?
We recommend any jewellery piece is cleaned and inspected by a qualified Jeweller at least once a year.
Why does my white gold jewellery have a yellow tinge after a few years of wear?
White gold is essentially an alloy of pure gold, so naturally this can have a yellow tinge. All white gold jewellery is rhodium plated to give a beautiful, ultra white colour. As rhodium plating is a coating that is plated on white gold, it can wear off over time and will need to be re-applied to maintain white gold's beautiful ultra white, reflective colour. Any white gold jewellery piece purchased from LeGassick comes with complimentary rhodium plating for the life of the piece.
Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes! Every LeGassick piece purchased over the value over $2,000 will be accompanied with a full jewellery appraisal certificate. This will be emailed to the client via the nominated email address at the time of shipping. Jewellery appraisals for any pieces under $2,000 can be done by special request.
Should I insure my LeGassick jewellery?
Insuring your LeGassick diamond jewellery is a great idea! If your piece is ever lost, stolen or damaged, knowing your piece is insured gives you piece of mind that you are protected.
Can LeGassick insure my jewellery piece?
LeGassick can recommend Q-Report to insure your beloved LeGassick piece. Q-Report was first developed because of the problems people experience with jewellery insurance. It is a personalised, exquisitely bound report that describes your engagement ring, diamond ring time piece or indeed any fine diamond jewellery in great detail.

Is there a charge for shipping my item?
No! Any item purchased through our LeGassick website will be shipped to any address within Australia at no extra charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We can organise to ship a piece to any physical address in the world. Please contact us directly to discuss international shipping and any associated charges.
Is my package insured? Is it safe for my piece to be shipped?
Yes! We will ensure every piece shipped is covered to give you piece of mind should anything happen during the delivery process. All purchases will require a signature on delivery.
Do you ship to a PO Box address?
For security and protection, we are unable to ship to a PO BOX address. We do require a physical address for shipment.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery should take anywhere from 2-7 business days once dispatched. While LeGassick will take every measure possible to ensure you receive your delivery in a short timeframe, we are unable to take responsibility for timeframes, late deliveries, made through third parties we use for shipping.
What happens if I need an item asap?
LeGassick will assist you in any way within our means to get a piece to you when required. If you have a piece needed by a specific date, please let us know so we can do everything in our power to ensure we make this date for you. We also have click and collect if you need a piece immediately.
What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?
If no one is home when your LeGassick piece, you will receive a notice card for collection. This will have special instructions on how and where to collect your delivery. We recommend you collect your delivery as soon as possible to avoid the courier/shipment being returned to us. Any returned item made to LeGassick for non-collection will incur a shipment fee should this need to be shipped again.
In what packaging will be my items be sent?
Any piece purchased through our LeGassick website will be boxed in our signature LeGassick packaging. This will then be placed in an unmarked post box or post bag for shipping.
Can I ship to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes! Please complete the details required in the shipping section in order for us to send to the recipient.
My order is for a surprise gift. Can you help organise this?
LeGassick will do everything in our power to ensure your surprise remains a surprise. Please be aware, there may be some circumstances beyond our control that may inhibit this. To ensure your surprise purchase remains a surprise, please indicate to us that this is a gift so our team is aware!
Can I buy a LeGassick jewellery piece online and collect in store?
Absolutely! LeGassick offers our very own click and collect service! We want to provide you the opportunity to shop from the comfort of your own home, and come into store to view and collect your very own LeGassick jewellery piece. We want to give you piece of mind to view any piece you buy before your take hime your very special LeGassick piece.
If your LeGassick piece is in stock at the time of us receiving your order, this may be available to collect at your preferred LeGassick store within 24 hours.
To take advantage of our click and collect service, please select follow the prompts to buy your chosen LeGassick piece. Once your cart has loaded with the details, you will be able to select 'Pick up' in your store of choice. We will notify you via email when your piece is ready to collect.

Is shopping online with LeGassick secure?
Absolutely! LeGassick ensures that every single purchase is safe and secure. Our online ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology – to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to legassick.diamonds. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We also accept Direct Debit bank transfers.
Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
No! We will keep any information provided 100% private and confidential.
Can I pay with 2 different forms of payment?
Do you offer lay-by?
Yes we do! We can offer you lay-by through our retail store. If you would like to lay-by an item, please email us directly or call our sales team on 07 5538 5611 so we can assist you over the phone.
What are your in-store lay-by terms and conditions?
Our Lay-by is for a maximum term of three months, from the date of deposit, requiring fortnightly payments to pay the balance. The minimum deposit to secure a piece on lay-by is 25% of the purchase price. LeGassick will hold the product while all monies owed are being paid of the 3 month period. If a lay-by is cancelled after 7 days of the initial deposit, this will incur a termination/restocking/cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price. If a lay-by is cancelled at any time and these terms and conditions have not been complied with, or cancelled because of failure to comply with these conditions, lay-by penalties will apply and any remaining monies will be issued as a store credit only. Any and all lay-bys that fail to comply with our terms and conditions may be cancelled at LeGassick discretion, with cancellation/termination/restocking fees to apply.
Do you offer any finance options?
Absolutely! LeGassick is pleased to offer Humm as a finance option. Humm offers an interest free payment plan in order to help you purchase your piece. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Not sure what to buy as a gift? A LeGassick Gift Card is the perfect solution! And most important, LeGassick gift cards are easy to buy and use!
How do I purchase a gift card?
LeGassick gift cards can be purchased online or through any LeGassick store. If you are wanting a LeGassick Gift Card for an amount not listed on our website, please contact us direct so we can process this for you.
Are there any terms and conditions with buying a LeGassick gift card?
A LeGassick Gift Card has an expiry date of 12 months from the date of issue, after which it will be invalid and any remaining balance will become the property of LeGassick.
A LeGassick Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, or used to buy another LeGassick Gift Card.
A LeGassick Gift Card can be redeemed in all LeGassick stores. If you are wanting to use a LeGassick Gift Card for an online purchase please contact us so we can help you process this.
No change or refunds can be given from any unused balances from a LeGassick Gift Card, but the balance may be applied to future purchases and used as a store credit. If your purchase exceeds the balance on the Gift Card, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
Goods purchased using a LeGassick Gift Card are subject to our exchange or returns policy. Where you are eligible for a refund, to the extent that you paid for goods using a Gift Card, you will be refunded by way of a new LeGassick Gift Card.
