Sourcing only the worlds rarest and most beautiful gems, or redesigning and using your very own heirloom jewellery, we have a reputation for designing the spectacular, guaranteed to inspire and delight. The simple steps to creating your own piece...
Step 01. Consultation
Make an appointment with one of our in store master jewellers to discuss your ideas and images, or be inspired by our previous designs and/or in house jewellery.
Step 02. Sketch
Our master jewellers will bring to life on paper a sketch to capture your vision on paper. We can work with this to alter and make changes to ensure your vision comes to life. Once your piece and sketch is finalised, our master jewellers will quote.
Step 03. Make
Once your deposit is made, our in house master jeweller will hand craft you custom piece. Delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks. Our master jewellers will keep you informed and involved as much or as little as you like throughout the process of your piece being brought to life.
Step 04. Collection
You will receive a personal call from our master jeweller to advise when your piece is ready. They will beautifully present you precious custom made gift.
