I had the most amazing experience at LeGassick Pacific Fair thanks to Melinda! Hands down the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever received. I came in hoping to find a specific tennis bracelet and while they didn’t have the exact one in-store, Melinda went above and beyond to make it happen. She arranged for a custom-made piece that was ready within a week — absolutely perfect!

When I came in to pick it up, Melinda and Kenton made the moment even more special by celebrating with champagne. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough – if you’re after something special and want to be treated like gold, this is the place to go!

My wife got some earrings for her 40th birthday from her father. We went out to lunch and my 4 yo son accidentally knocked one of the earrings out. We retraced our steps and finally found the missing earring on the road, squashed. I explained the situation to LeGassick fully expecting some cost to fix the damage. They called me up and said they’ll replace them free of charge… it wasn’t expected at all! This is the kind of experience that makes you want you to go back again. I wandered into LeGassick, after personal recommendations. I was not once disappointed in the service. Georgia made an appointment for me with a Designer… Chelsea. Who was an absolute gem (pardon the pun)…. With my input and using an old engagement setting, she designed a beautiful ring for me.

Today we purchased a beautiful ring from the Runaway Bay store.. our assistant, Annette was lovely, we initially wanted a price and she quite happily helped with lots of information but no pressure to purchase. We left, but returned feeling very comfortable and made our special purchase. Annette took the time to find out if it was for a special occasion- it was our 40th Anniversary. LE Gassick gifted us a lovely bottle of bubbles.
